I do love doing twilight shots and lately we have been a tad spoilt with our properties, their views and the glorious skies. Below are a few of my favourites and a few are still on the market whilst others have been snapped up. Check them out:

With spring here and the birds all being silly with the sun shining gloriously, people are enthusiastically coming out and looking at new houses to buy. Which is great because we get to photograph beautiful places like this one in Blackwood. So let's hope the sun stays out so you can see this beautiful home in all its' glory. If you want to see more without leaving your home (cause it is still not entirely convincingly warm and dry yet). On sale with Ray White Blackwood.I was lucky enough to witness this magnificent sunset a few nights ago overlooking Brighton Beach. Taken from a property in Belair soon to be on the market... stay tuned.
Needless to say it had the best views, with windows to utilize this marvelous sight from almost every room in the house. How beautiful to have such an outlook every night and then be given the twinkling of lights across the suburbs as they turn on. Such gorgeousness. Love my job. It's up: http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-belair-117640803 As winter comes in with its colder days we thought its time to brighten it up with a SPECIAL Offer. For the months of June and July we will be offering our starter package for just $99 for new agents or vendors that would like to try us out this winter. Give us a call on 0432 376 287 and mention this post. This home has the most remarkable views from upstairs of the Hallett Cove coast and therefore we had come to show off the beautiful sunsets you would discover from these upstairs living areas. However, unfortunately the evening was extremely overcast and looked particularly dire from the point of view of a photographer there to get a fabulous multicoloured seaside sunset. Fortunately though I was there in time for some amazing magic the evening had in store. The clouds opened for a brief moment and let the sun shine through onto the sparkling ocean creating a stunning effect from the upstairs windows. It lasted only a few minutes but that was enough to do a quick whip around from each room and get the shots required. You do not get much luckier than that on an evening threatening to be extremely disappointing. The market is still very active even as we enter into the colder weather. Here are a few properties we have recently photographed which have their own charm and different practical aspects. This home is relatively new and is within walking distance to Marion shopping centre. With a small, easy to maintain yard this could easily accommodate a small family or couple. Close to Brighton beach too. On sale with Ray White. To have a closer look: http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-seacombe+gardens-116616379 Very cute home in Belair with the most gorgeous outlook off the balcony and out your main living area. I was quite disappointed that we missed out on getting the opportunity to photograph a beautiful sunset with this one. I am sure on a less drizzly day, it would be spectacular to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down at this home.
