I was lucky enough to witness this magnificent sunset a few nights ago overlooking Brighton Beach. Taken from a property in Belair soon to be on the market... stay tuned.
Needless to say it had the best views, with windows to utilize this marvelous sight from almost every room in the house. How beautiful to have such an outlook every night and then be given the twinkling of lights across the suburbs as they turn on. Such gorgeousness. Love my job. The market is still very active even as we enter into the colder weather. Here are a few properties we have recently photographed which have their own charm and different practical aspects. This home is relatively new and is within walking distance to Marion shopping centre. With a small, easy to maintain yard this could easily accommodate a small family or couple. Close to Brighton beach too. On sale with Ray White. I was quite disappointed that we missed out on getting the opportunity to photograph a beautiful sunset with this one. I am sure on a less drizzly day, it would be spectacular to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down at this home. Check it out at: http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-belair-116670895 Beautifully maintained townhouse in Wattle Street, Fullarton. A rental property that is now for sale in one of the most beautiful streets in Adelaide. Opposite the Wattle Street Pop Up market that was on this weekend. If you need to downsize or looking to enter the market into one of the most lovely spots in Adelaide then you should check it out. Once in a while magic happens and this shoot was one of those times. Photographing properties at twilight or dusk you never quite know what the weather fairies are going to throw at you. There is always an element of surprise; whether it be a nice one as in this case or a not so nice one - when the skies decide to open up and bucket down.. But during this shoot I was lucky enough that when it did begin to rain, it was not quite enough to get soaked, yet enough, for when the sun did stream gently out for a few moments that a rainbow did appear right behind the home I was photographing. Wow, what fantastic timing. And the rain continued to stay away for the rest of the shoot too. I really just could not believe my luck. It really was a Magical Moment. If you want to check out this property, it is for sale by Ray White Blackwood and has magnificent views of the city: 14 Lind Ave, Belair. http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-belair-114916019 |
