Here is just one property we have recently photographed for sale in Glen Osmond - 52 Sunnyside Parade, Glen Osmond to be exact. Beautifully maintained, just move on in. http://www.domain.com.au/property/for-sale/house/sa/glen-osmond/?adid=2011495538&sp=6 More and more homes are coming onto the market and many are choosing twilight photography to highlight very individual aspects of their homes. Colours come alive at this time and it certainly gets some striking images to capture the buyers attention. Like the shot below of this gorgeous home in Eden Hills, where large windows into living areas allow for a unique and welcoming take on the home, not something achievable during daytime hours. 11 Douglas Ave, Eden Hills http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-eden+hills-118181715 And here is another home with large windows to the outside living areas that can be utilized to its full potential using twilight photography. You can just imagine yourself sitting out there on a warm and balmy summers evening enjoying an Aussie barbie. Tell you what I sure cannot wait for those evenings to set in. 125 Coromandel Parade, Coromandel Valley http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-coromandel+valley-118201103 I really like getting those sparkly lights to twinkle and glow and ALWAYS love it if the sun goes down just in the right spot to get a shot like the on below. We all love those summer nights and watching the sun go down, so this sets a scene perfectly. Bring it on!

This home is a great example of how to present your home for photographing and Open Inspections. With flowers placed strategically adding bursts of colour here and there, the photographer did not even need to make adjustments. Although a little bit of work and tidying was going on last minute behind the scenes, you would not be able to tell. We wish them all the best selling this lovely home in Brightview Ave, Blackwood. On the Market with Ray White Blackwood.
Recently I had another great experience photographing three of Retire Australia's Retirement Villages in the suburbs of Adelaide. These included the Torrens Grove Retirement Village, the Magill Retirement Village and the Wisteria Grove Retirement Villages. Such beautiful gardens surround each village, especially at this time of year. I was definitely spoilt for choice when it came to photographing around the village grounds. Another big thank you goes out to the residents, especially at Torrens Grove and Wisteria Grove for happily posing and being patient with the photographer. It always makes it extra special to have some happy retired folk popping into shot or just willing to carry on playing cards, billiards or chatting in the background. Will pop up links once the photos are on their website. However if you want to have a look at some of the villages available here's a link:
http://www.retireaustralia.com.au Once in a while magic happens and this shoot was one of those times. Photographing properties at twilight or dusk you never quite know what the weather fairies are going to throw at you. There is always an element of surprise; whether it be a nice one as in this case or a not so nice one - when the skies decide to open up and bucket down.. But during this shoot I was lucky enough that when it did begin to rain, it was not quite enough to get soaked, yet enough, for when the sun did stream gently out for a few moments that a rainbow did appear right behind the home I was photographing. Wow, what fantastic timing. And the rain continued to stay away for the rest of the shoot too. I really just could not believe my luck. It really was a Magical Moment. If you want to check out this property, it is for sale by Ray White Blackwood and has magnificent views of the city: 14 Lind Ave, Belair. http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-belair-114916019 Recently we had the opportunity of photographing Kennards Self Storage Facility at Klemzig, Adelaide SA. This huge facility has been redesigned and renovated by CIC Builders using the bright colours of the Kennards Logo. It is massive and a great, secure place if you are looking to store your property. They have done a great job with the building converting it from the old Cash Converters and it certainly made for an interesting commercial photographic shoot. |
