With spring here and the birds all being silly with the sun shining gloriously, people are enthusiastically coming out and looking at new houses to buy. Which is great because we get to photograph beautiful places like this one in Blackwood. So let's hope the sun stays out so you can see this beautiful home in all its' glory. If you want to see more without leaving your home (cause it is still not entirely convincingly warm and dry yet). On sale with Ray White Blackwood.
I was lucky enough to witness this magnificent sunset a few nights ago overlooking Brighton Beach. Taken from a property in Belair soon to be on the market... stay tuned.
Needless to say it had the best views, with windows to utilize this marvelous sight from almost every room in the house. How beautiful to have such an outlook every night and then be given the twinkling of lights across the suburbs as they turn on. Such gorgeousness. Love my job.

This home has the most remarkable views from upstairs of the Hallett Cove coast and therefore we had come to show off the beautiful sunsets you would discover from these upstairs living areas. However, unfortunately the evening was extremely overcast and looked particularly dire from the point of view of a photographer there to get a fabulous multicoloured seaside sunset.
Fortunately though I was there in time for some amazing magic the evening had in store. The clouds opened for a brief moment and let the sun shine through onto the sparkling ocean creating a stunning effect from the upstairs windows.
It lasted only a few minutes but that was enough to do a quick whip around from each room and get the shots required.
You do not get much luckier than that on an evening threatening to be extremely disappointing.

The market is still very active even as we enter into the colder weather. Here are a few properties we have recently photographed which have their own charm and different practical aspects. This home is relatively new and is within walking distance to Marion shopping centre. With a small, easy to maintain yard this could easily accommodate a small family or couple. Close to Brighton beach too. On sale with Ray White.

Very cute home in Belair with the most gorgeous outlook off the balcony and out your main living area. I was quite disappointed that we missed out on getting the opportunity to photograph a beautiful sunset with this one. I am sure on a less drizzly day, it would be spectacular to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down at this home. Check it out at: http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-belair-116670895

This home is a great example of how to present your home for photographing and Open Inspections. With flowers placed strategically adding bursts of colour here and there, the photographer did not even need to make adjustments. Although a little bit of work and tidying was going on last minute behind the scenes, you would not be able to tell. We wish them all the best selling this lovely home in Brightview Ave, Blackwood. On the Market with Ray White Blackwood.
This stunning new home in Park Holme is on sale with Ray White. Such a delight to photograph, we were definitely spoilt for choice with wonderful angles, gorgeous decor and quality design. Simple and elegant with nothing to do, just move on in.

Check out this home in Eden Hills we recently photographed for Ray White Blackwood. Now on the market and going to auction, with its original 70's light fittings that Ikea would be jealous of. Not to mention the furniture and curtains. I love it!

Once in a while magic happens and this shoot was one of those times. Photographing properties at twilight or dusk you never quite know what the weather fairies are going to throw at you. There is always an element of surprise; whether it be a nice one as in this case or a not so nice one - when the skies decide to open up and bucket down.. But during this shoot I was lucky enough that when it did begin to rain, it was not quite enough to get soaked, yet enough, for when the sun did stream gently out for a few moments that a rainbow did appear right behind the home I was photographing. Wow, what fantastic timing. And the rain continued to stay away for the rest of the shoot too. I really just could not believe my luck. It really was a Magical Moment.
If you want to check out this property, it is for sale by Ray White Blackwood and has magnificent views of the city: 14 Lind Ave, Belair.
